Altea is a delightful town at the Levantine coast in Alicante. Its strategic location on a hill makes it one of the panoramic sights around the region. It has gentle sloping streets towards the ocean with many towers that are the main trademark of Altea.

La Olla means “cooking pot†where a plethora of bars and restaurants ply the coast to whip out delectable food all day long.
Cap Negret is another beach that has dark volcanic pebbles; hence, it is known as the ‘black cape’ beach at Altea. Another pebble beach is El Mascarat that is located close to the town marine.
Cap Blanch is the widest beach found at Altea with white pebbles. It is close to Playa del Albir as a neighbouring municipality.
